Communication in any form is vital. Without it ideas are lost, never to see the light of day. In this global day and age when countries on the other side of the world don't actually feel that far away, it is easier than ever to communicate. A quick telephone call, an email or how about an instant messenger service? We can contact someone thousands of miles away as easily as we can reach the person sat next to us in the office. We can find out about new ideas, initiatives and news on the Internet instantly. Fifty years ago all of this would have been considered magic.

Everybody knows that event management and team building isn't rocket science, don't they? All you have to do is book a venue and lay on some lunch, get some audio-visual equipment set up and Bob's your Uncle. Isn't he?
