An activity that can be run on a stand-alone basis or as a complementary, enjoyable and useful partner to one of our other larger options. Ever since we have been offering team building as a stand-alone service for individual events, we've been asking "what do you want to achieve".

And ever since we've been asking that, clients have been answering "to get to know one another better".

Each of our options provides a suitable platform for this objective, but this one has been designed specifically for it!

Suitable for even the largest of groups, we facilitate enjoyable learning about the individuals who make up our group by combining our in-depth understanding of personal attributes with our fun approach.

MiniTreasure

A treasure hunt that the weather can't ruin. A fabulous icebreaker or short duration conference activity. A brilliant companion to a larger team activity to follow. Take your pick - they all apply to MiniTreasure!

Suitable for all group sizes, it is equally adept with a team of 6 as it is with 600 people or more.

It can be run as a competition between teams or as a collaborative inter-team activity. Or both! Great for anything between 15 minutes and two hours!

Marbility

If you’re looking for a short, sharp fun activity that everyone can get involved in, you may just have found it! Marbility is a great, relevant team activity that can take as little as 20 minutes and is great for anything up to 2 hours.

Suitable for all group sizes, it is equally adept with a team of 4 as it is with 600 people or more.

It can be run as a competition between teams or as a collaborative whole team activity for everyone to contribute towards. Or both! An ideal filler to that troublesome conference activity slot, it can be set up and run in very little space.

Traditional Team Bonding Activities

To complement our own unique range of simulations, we also offer the widest selection of more traditional activities. These are more suited to team bonding than team building.

Our view is that there will always be a place for pure fun with your team. However, we also believe that if you want real team building then fun alone is not enough.

Typically, our clients tend to use these to supplement our own activities when an event lasts more than one day and they want some bonding to go with their building!
