We're often asked if we can help put across corporate messages in a way that all staff can understand. And if we can help their teams understand what it means to them.

Our answer is usually the same. Let them do it for themselves. But guide them to make sure that they end up where we want.

It is always more powerful if people are involved in developing their own understanding. It is more powerful still if they enjoy the process. That's what we call team building! And that is where Vision Idol comes in.

We organise your group into creative teams. We supply them with an interesting spread of materials to use.

We give them a brief aligned with your corporate mission or conference theme. Perhaps something along the lines of:

Create an image for a screensaver that illustrates our business direction"

And we give them a quality Sony digital camera to capture their creative juices. The larger the venue, the wider the range of options available to each team for backdrops. Sometimes the teams may even be able to combine the search for backdrops with exploring the locality - be it a city or beautiful countryside.

The use of digital photography or digital video (depending on budget, time and preference) allows us to quickly transpose their creations onto a big screen for all to see. Even for the largest of groups, Vision Idol can be run in as little as an hour and a half. Yet it can equally be used for a whole day's worth of fun, entertainment and, if required, focused team learning.

Tell them what the vision means to them? Not us! Your people are far too bright for that.
