PicsawYou have at least 80 people and perhaps very much more. You have limited time and perhaps even limited space. You want to give them something to do that is relevant to your organisation or conference theme that they all can work on together. You want them to feel a real sense of achievement – and perhaps learn something about effective team working along the way. You want Picsaw. You've seen them before. At large sporting events. At international tournaments. Even on television advertisements.
Every individual holds up a card with a small part of an image on it. Viewed from far enough away, you can see the image come together. Of course, at sporting events and tournaments, the right segment is put in the right place to begin with. Not so here. That would be too easy.
If we have the space, everyone can move about to find his or her position. If not, then they stay where they are and swap pieces. Our strategically positioned camera captures the action and displays it onto a big screen. It is:
