Liberation is a unique and exciting simulation, the like of which you will not have experienced before. Your group will be organised into teams, undertaking a challenging series of tasks that stand between them and success.

As in real life, sometimes each team is on its own. Other times, despite the pressures, teams must collaborate to succeed.

Iceberg

Now here's a tip for a great team building activity that has more to it than the eye can see. To be more specific, the tip of an iceberg.

Your team has booked a two-day conference at a remote coastal hotel, so far from civilisation that it doesn't even have a telephone and no mobile phone has ever been known to find a signal. Ideal for ensuring a concentrated meeting without any distractions.

Your first day went very well. Back in your rooms and getting ready for what was to be a superb evening, most of you caught the news on TV. The article about unusual solar activity and its possible effects on communications the next day barely registered as you thought about the evening that was to come.

Dropzone

Selecting an activity for sales and customer service people that has real relevance to their frontline roles can be difficult. Dropzone offers you a great solution as your group is organised into frontline teams.

Each team is tendering to a biopharmaceutical research company for a specialist piece of equipment to go into what they call their "dropzone".

They earn points by tackling key tasks set along the way. Only one team can win.

To succeed, a team needs to handle the prospective customer well.

Wild West

Our most popular activity. The American Old West of the late 1800s. Boom time. All kinds of folk were flocking to settle there. Towns competed with one another to attract the best of them - the entrepreneurs, the hard workers, the right sort of people. No town wanted the undesirables, but they came anyway.

The trick was to keep them in check and deter others from joining them. Big stakes were on the table and the towns with the sharpest administrations flourished and prospered.

Organised into teams, your participants get a chance to do likewise. Each team gets a town to run. Each town competes to be the best. Yet some aspects of the activity require them to work together to achieve a common goal.
